Infrared Sauna

Warm. Unwind. Restore.
Step inside, settle into the warmth, and give yourself 30 minutes to slow everything down.
Our Infrared Sauna uses infrared energy to warm your body more directly than a traditional sauna, creating a comfortable, deeply warming experience at lower surrounding temperatures.
As the warmth builds, your body begins to perspire, circulation increases, muscles begin to relax, and the demands of the day start to feel a little farther away.
Come by yourself for quiet restorative time or share the experience with someone else.
Warmth for the body. Space for the mind. Time to restore.
A Different Kind of Heat
Traditional saunas heat the air around you.
Infrared saunas use infrared energy to warm the body more directly, allowing you to experience the benefits of heat at a more moderate temperature.
Our Infrared Sauna is typically enjoyed between 110°F and 130°F, with each session lasting approximately 30 minutes.
The experience isn't about tolerating the highest temperature possible.
It's about finding a level of warmth that allows you to settle in, perspire comfortably, and enjoy the experience.
Let the warmth do the work.
The Wellness Benefits of Infrared Heat
Heat exposure creates several natural responses within the body, including increased circulation, perspiration, and physical relaxation.
Research continues to explore the broader health effects of sauna use, but some of the most practical reasons people incorporate infrared sauna into their wellness routine include:
  • Muscle relaxation — warmth can help tired, tight, or overworked muscles begin to loosen
  • Healthy circulation — heat naturally widens blood vessels and increases blood flow
  • Post-activity recovery — infrared sauna may help reduce the feeling of muscle soreness following physical activity
  • Stress reduction — quiet time in a warm environment creates an opportunity to slow down and decompress
  • Healthy perspiration — sweating is your body's natural response to increased temperature
  • Physical relaxation — sustained warmth can create a soothing, full-body sense of comfort
  • Rest & restoration — stepping away from daily demands gives both your body and mind an opportunity to reset
  • Overall well-being — many guests leave their sauna session feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed
Let the Warmth Settle In
The experience begins gradually.
The warmth builds.
Your body begins to perspire.
Muscles start to soften.
Your breathing settles.
And for the next 30 minutes, there isn't anywhere else you need to be.
You don't have to exercise.
You don't have to accomplish anything.
Simply sit, breathe, and allow yourself to unwind.
Your Time—or Time Together
Your Infrared Sauna experience can be enjoyed individually or with one additional guest.
Choose a solo session when you want quiet time completely to yourself.
Or share the warmth with someone important to you.
With two guests, the sauna becomes a little cozier—creating an intimate wellness experience you can enjoy together.
Whether you're alone or sharing the session, the purpose remains the same:
Slow down. Warm up. Leave feeling restored.
A Natural Sweating Experience
Perspiration is a normal and important part of your body's response to heat.
As your temperature rises, sweating helps your body regulate itself and naturally increases your need for hydration.
You may notice a temporary reduction in body weight following a sauna session because of fluid lost through perspiration. This is temporary water loss rather than body-fat loss, which is why proper hydration is so important.
Infrared Sauna is best experienced as part of a broader wellness lifestyle focused on movement, recovery, hydration, relaxation, and intentional self-care.

Please bring 2–3 towels:
