Shipping & In-Store Pickup Policy

At The Himalayan Cave Salt Therapy Spa, we want every order to arrive simply, securely, and with as little friction as possible.

This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through our online store.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship only within the United States and eligible U.S. territories and possessions serviced by our available carriers.

International shipping is not available.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible merchandise orders of $50 or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Orders under $50 will be charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Appointments, memberships, spa services, electronic gift cards, and other non-shippable purchases do not count toward the $50 free-shipping minimum.

Member In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is an exclusive benefit for active Himalayan Cave members.

Eligible members may select In-Store Pickup at checkout when the option is available.

Membership eligibility may be verified using the customer account, email address, or membership information connected to the order.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Customers who are not active members must select an available shipping option.

If in-store pickup is selected on an order that does not qualify, we may contact the purchaser to arrange shipping or offer cancellation of the merchandise order.

U.S. Addresses Must Be the Final Destination

We do not ship to international freight forwarders, package-forwarding companies, reshipping services, export agents, or other pass-through addresses when the merchandise is intended to be forwarded outside the United States or its eligible territories.

Using a U.S. address does not make an order eligible if that address is simply an intermediary for delivery to another country.

For example, merchandise purchased using a U.S. forwarding address with the intention of ultimately delivering the order to the Philippines or another country will not be fulfilled.

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that the shipping address provided is the intended final delivery destination.

Orders identified as international-forwarding transactions may be cancelled before fulfillment, with any collected payment refunded to the original payment method as required by applicable law.

Order Verification

For the security of our customers and our business, some orders may be reviewed before fulfillment.

We may verify billing or shipping information when an order contains unusual payment activity, inconsistent information, a known forwarding address, or other indicators of possible fraud or unauthorized international forwarding.

Orders may be temporarily held while verification is completed.

If an order cannot be reasonably verified, we may cancel it and refund any collected payment to the original payment method.

Processing & Delivery

We make every reasonable effort to process and ship merchandise promptly.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the timeframe originally communicated, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable federal or Ohio law.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate eligible shipping address.

If an address cannot be verified, appears incomplete, or appears to be associated with a prohibited forwarding service, we may contact the purchaser before fulfilling the order.

Certain products may also be subject to carrier, size, destination, or other shipping restrictions.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, damaged merchandise, and related purchase terms are governed by our separate Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
